If you are attending our CLASS on the Holy Spirit at Powerhouse Christian Church in Wyckoff, NJ at 9 am on Sundays, we will be addressing the topic of the Holy Spirit being “Our Guide for the Journey” this coming Sunday.  We will cover many practical, biblical examples of how the Holy Spirit spoke to members of the early church–and the types of topics about which God spoke to them.  As a preparation, or as a follow-up, I have a book to recommend on how God speaks to us.Teresa Seputis wrote a book entitled “How to Hear the Voice of God in a Noisy World.”  The book is out-of-print, but it is easily obtainable through any used book service on the internet.  I love this book because it is so practical regarding a personal walk with God. The book will help you understand the numerous ways that God will speak to you, and what God will use to get your attention.  As with all books, you may find some things to debate, but you will not have to look very far to find many gems.
